We operate during business hours (we do not run a 24/7 out-of-hours line), and we prioritise genuine safety hazards – aiming to attend urgent call-outs as quickly as possible, typically the same or next working day depending on conditions and location. Do I need to be an existing contract customer?

No, our emergency and reactive works are available to all of our customers, whether or not you hold a maintenance contract. Contract clients get priority scheduling, and we take on one-off emergency call-outs for everyone else too.

Are you insured for emergency works?

Yes, we carry comprehensive public liability and employers’ liability insurance, and operate to documented RAMS and safe systems of work on every emergency job.

Then George and Louis came to us on a Saturday and did an excellent job installing the edging and wire fencing to help protect the garden from fox incursions.
